COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

CottonConnect has a strong grievance mechanism which is publicly available and also informed to all those who join us. We firmly believe in ensuring a culture of equal opportunity, safe working and ethical work practices.

Each of the above are addressed during our induction programme through training on the Principles of Occupational Safety and Health (POSH) and ABC. In addition, we also ensure that all employees go through a refresher programme on POSH and ABC.

Each policy above has a detailed methodology on where to complain and how to complain. We have committees in place for POSH and all employees are informed about them. We take any and all complaints very seriously and these are investigated thoroughly to ensure that it reaches a just conclusion.
