Step 3 - Build capacity and connect the whole supply chain

1

Creating Committed Value Chains

Having worked back down through the value chain to locate farm groups for the farmer training projects, CottonConnect carry out farmer training, connects the fabric makers/ spinners to farm projects that are growing the cotton, and supports the procurement of the cotton by the suppliers.

How we work

  1. We are working in South Asia and China with over 50,000 farmers, delivering training programmes throughout the year
  2. We organise and hold value chain meetings with representatives from farms to garment manufacturers
  3. We support the creation of internal systems that enable increased transparency
  4. We engage your buying, merchandising and sourcing teams
